Make Sure You’re not Undoing your Scoop at Dinner!

I found this article online and thought it was a good reminder of how alcoholic beverages can really hinder your fitness goals. While I’m a believer in everything in moderation, I’m definately thinking twice about that after work cocktail!  It’s my personal to goal to grab for a few glasses of water and a little protein before hitting a cocktail hour!
